Residential Services

The Northeast Arc has been recognized as a leader in providing housing supports and services to people with disabilities for over 35 years.

Our Residential Division offers a broad range of supports designed to meet the needs of each individual, from 24-hour hands-on supervision, to a few hours a week or something in-between. The breadth of residential supports provided, including specialized services for individuals who may have intensive medical needs, are deaf or hard of hearing, or who require extra emotional/behavioral supports, distinguishes us from other providers. Our caring direct support professionals provide whatever level of service is needed to ensure that the men and women we support lead full and happy lives.

The guiding principle for each of the services provided through the Northeast Arc’s Residential Division is to maximize a person’s quality of life through training and education. All services listed couple individualized training and standardized education for individuals and the staff supporting them.

Programs include:

  • 24-Hour Residential Supports

  • Intensive Medical Supports

  • Deaf Services Case Management

  • Alzheimer’s Supports

  • Less than 24-Hour Supports/Independent Living

  • Nursing Case-Management
