Our staff offers information and referral, support groups and
training to parents and professionals affected by, or interested in
autism spectrum disorders. Funds are available to qualifying
families to hire respite providers or purchase other goods and
services. The Center features a highly regarded resource and
information library that is open to the public.
The Autism Support Center serves hundreds of people each year through
center-sponsored activities, such as the annual ASC Picnic, Harvest
Festival, Winter Celebration, Family Outdoor Day, Family Movie
events at community cinemas, and various workshops introducing
effective behavioral, social, and communication supports and
strategies for children on the autism spectrum.
