Employment Supports
The Employment Supports component assesses individuals’ interests, needs and preferences in helping them to achieve integrated, competitive employment. Job development, job coaching and transportation are provided to aid people in achieving these goals. Staffing ratios are based on the individual’s needs. Training includes pre-employment training, interest inventories, career planning, and work exposure in the community. We also educate potential employers to provide the necessary support for people to be successful in their career goals.
